Designed for the road ahead
The arrival of the Torcal marks the debut of a sleeker, more progressive, more minimalist Bentley design language – one inspired by the brand’s heritage yet crafted for the road ahead.
An evolving design DNA
As the first execution of Bentley’s progressive new design vision, the Torcal’s silhouette is clean and minimalist, with satin silver exterior detailing, for a subtle, contemporary aesthetic.
The Floating Diamond Grille
The moment the car is unlocked, the Floating Diamond Grille gradually lights up, with all 76 hand-applied diamonds fading in from darkness to their full illuminated glory.
A stunning welcome light show
Welcome lamps installed in the underside of the doors project the Bentley ‘wings’ emblem onto the ground, lighting your way in the dark. It’s all part of a breathtaking welcome light sequence that also involves the headlamps, the tail lamps and the Floating Diamond Grille.
Muscular haunches and tailgate
The tailgate design is inspired by the luggage carrier of the historic ‘Blue Train’ Bentley. Below it, a gloss black ‘horseshoe’ emphasises the width of the vehicle, complementing its muscular haunches
An abundance of natural light
The optional Frosted Diamond Switchable Sunroof allows sunlight to flood into the cabin from above. When shade is required, however, it can be activated instantly, silently switching the glass from clear to its frosted state. It can also be activated in sections, divided according to Bentley’s frosted diamond pattern.
A car that opens doors
If you commission the optional powered doors, they can be opened or closed at the touch of a button, a tap on the touchscreen or with the My Bentley smartphone app, among other methods. You can even open or close all the doors at once.
A cabin crafted like no other
To enhance the travelling experience for all occupants, the interior of the Torcal brings together traditional craft techniques and natural materials with truly innovative new uses of light and space.
Exquisite veneers and switchgear
Handcrafted Ombre Walnut by Mulliner veneers add warmth and sophistication, while the satin finish of the switchgear and metal trim imbues the entire space with contemporary style.
An incredible curved touchscreen
Taking pride of place in the heart of the fascia is a beautiful, vertically curved, 12.25” HD touchscreen. The first OLED screen to be fitted in a Bentley, it offers sharp, fast visuals, with vivid colour and true blacks, even when viewing the screen in daylight.
New Bullseye Vector Sphere air vents
Inspired by Bentley’s classic Bullseye air vents, the new, 360-degree Bullseye Vector Sphere air vents deliver the sensation of a continuous ring of air, using two air streams that converge into a single vector, for more accurate direction, a more natural sensation and quieter operation.
An interior that responds to the way you drive
Far from just changing the way the car performs, the drive mode selector can also change the ambience in the cabin, combining sounds, seat settings, sunroof and the ambient lighting to match your selected driving dynamics, thanks to the new Curation Engine. There are four modes to choose from – Comfort, Sport, Bentley and Refresh – each of which offers a combination of different driving character and interior environment. Even the style of the on-screen graphics changes with the mode you select.
Seat features that boost your wellbeing
Options include Wellness Seating, which includes additional massaging in the seat cushions as well as the seat backs, plus heated armrests in the doors and centre console. It also includes two further features to enhance your wellbeing. Seat Auto Climate monitors the humidity and temperature at the surface of each front seat and uses the heating and ventilation functions to respond automatically. Postural Adjust, meanwhile, uses a series of air pockets inside each front seat to vary the pressure on your muscles throughout your journey, reducing fatigue.
Pure Merino wool
As an option, the cabin of the Torcal can be commissioned with a rich combination of pure Merino wool and handcrafted leather. Made especially for Bentley by the renowned British wool mill Fox Brothers, the wool fabrics are available in five colours, each a mix of two yarn colours that match the hide colours.

A new age of exhilaration starts here
Breathtaking acceleration
Two powerful, high-performance electric motors combine to deliver a full 809 bhp (821 PS, 604 kW) and 1,155 Nm (852 lb ft) of torque. This translates into acceleration from zero to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds (0-100 km/h in 3.4 seconds).
Enough range to drive all day
With a range of up to 373 miles (600 km), the Torcal is designed to be driven for as long as you need to drive, in unrivalled comfort and style. In fact, at a 350kW charging station, you can add over 150 miles of range in just 10 minutes.
Advanced suspension and roll control
Bentley’s next-generation active suspension and roll control system, Bentley Active Ride, features a two-valve shock absorber on every wheel, each of which is connected to its own electrically controlled hydraulic pump, allowing each damper can be raised or lowered individually. This reduces body roll when cornering hard – and also provides a greater range of driving experiences when choosing from the different driving modes.
All-wheel drive and all-wheel steering
As well as all-wheel drive, the Torcal features four-wheel steering. This means that, at low speeds, the rear wheels steer in the opposite direction to the front ones at an angle of up to five degrees, reducing the car’s turning circle to just 11m. At higher speeds, rear wheels steer in the same direction as the front ones, for effortless overtaking and smoother lane changes.
A car that helps you park
The Intelligent Park Assist* function can identify a suitable parking space, then take control of the steering, pedals and gears while it parks your Torcal. And for occasions when the space is so tight that it would be hard to get in or out of the vehicle once parked, you can use Remote Park Assist*, accessed via the My Bentley smartphone app. Simply step out of the car before it parks and tap the button in the app that activates remote parking. Then hold the button down until your Torcal has safely parked itself. Your car will stop moving straight away if you stop holding the button for any reason. When you return to your car, you can also use the system to drive it out of the parking space, so you can comfortably get back in.

It knows the way into your garage
In addition to parking in spaces on the street and in car parks, the Garage Assist feature can record the route into and out of your garage, so that once you are home, it can complete the manoeuvre without any need for you to touch the steering wheel, accelerator or brake pedal.
Easily reverse out of tricky situations
Whenever you drive at low speeds, the Reversing Assist feature will store in its memory the last 50 metres you drove. If you need to reverse out again, it can manage the steering for you, avoiding scrapes or collisions.
Let the car take the wheel
In addition to Bentley’s adaptive cruise control system, the optional Touring Assist package includes a variety of advanced driver assistance Systems (ADAS), allowing you to drive hands-free in countries where regulations allow it. The package lets you remove your hands from the wheel completely and, as long as you keep your eyes on the road, it will accelerate, brake and steer for you. It can also help you overtake and change lanes, once you have indicated, by scanning for an appropriate gap in the traffic and then accelerating and steering the car as required.
A wealth of remote features
In addition to parking your Torcal, you can use the My Bentley smartphone app to remotely check the status of your locks, lights, mileage, charging status and range. You can remotely pre-heat or pre-cool the cabin with My Cabin Comfort, or heat individual seats, armrests and the steering wheel. You can also defrost the windows before your journey begins and, if you opt to add electrically powered doors, open any door with a tap on your phone.
Bring your vision to life
You can choose from seven standard exterior paint colours, while the extended range includes two completely new paints: the stunning Astral gloss finish and the satin Electrum.
With numerous different wheel designs, hide options, beautiful natural veneers and distinctive trim options, almost every visible feature of your Torcal can be customised to your own specification – even the brake callipers can be commissioned in a choice of colours.
Exclusive to the Torcal model, the Bright Design Specification is an optional package that replaces the standard 21” wheels with 22” Turbine wheels in your choice of either a machined and Tungsten-painted finish or a machined and black-painted finish. It also replaces the black diamonds in the grille with polished silver ones, for a more luxurious aesthetic, while making the welcome animation performed by the headlamps, tail lamps and Floating Diamond Grille even more striking.

Precious Metal
The Astral paint highlights the sharp Bentley design lines, creating an effect almost as powerful as the car itself. Inside the Glaze and Teal hides coupled with Ombré Walnut Open Pore veneers provide a sleek sporting feel.
Desert Oasis
The White Sand paintwork that encases this Torcal begins a theme that continues elegantly inside, with a warm, sumptuous combination of Linen and Terra hides and Liquid Amber veneers; meanwhile, the Newmarket Tan accents offers a touch of both definition and contrast.
